the best fitness magazine for women
Have been a big fan of Men's Health for years and was so happy when Women's Health came out.
To me, this is the top "fitness" magazine for women. It's not to shallow, but not like "Good Housekeeping" or something your mother would read.
Definitely some good tips in here. I have found it helpful in changing up my workouts and keeping motivated.
Will it work for you? My suggestion is to get a single issue and check it out before buying a subscription.
Great magazine!
There are a lot of magazines out there for women and teens that do not compare to Women's Health. I used to read Teen Vogue, which I always thought was a bit depressing, but since I first picked up an issue of Women's Health, I've been hooked. The magazine is full of good, sane advice, fun articles, and women who strike me as 100% real, healthy, and beautiful. Whenever one of my girlfriends sees me reading it, they have to take a look and are really impressed. This magazine brightens my day, and has helped me to a healthier, happier life!
Not a HEALTH knockoff, more a fashion magazine
Geared toward under-30 women who already look good. Heavy on the fashion, light on the health. Would not have purchased had I seen a preview.
